The association SOGNOSCOUT (“Scout Dream”) was founded in 1997 by a group of AGESCI chiefs, former chiefs, former scouts, and fans, with the aim of managing a camping site available for educational activities.
The association, prompted by the upporters’ ideals and scout spirit, has the following purposes:
a) to develop the acquaintance and the passion of children, boys, young people and adults for nature, open-air life and physical and sport activities; to this purpose it supplies the management of both own and other people’s lands and structures, providing therefore the necessary spaces and services;
b) to increase the sense of solidarity and individual and collective social commitment;
c) to develop, with proposals of communitarian life, the mutual attention and support among people with or without physical or psychical handicap or character flaws, in the perspective of the promotion of equal dignity of all persons in civil society.
